A New UK Organisation

Great news !!!  A new organisation has recently been launched in the UK.  Alexander Technique Education (ATE) UK LTD is a private not for profit co-operative limited company.  The registered office and headquarters are based right here in Chelmsford.

A branch of ATE incorporated which is a global organisation, the UK company will soon have a dedicated website for members of the public to access Alexander Teachers in their local area as well as comprehensive information about the Alexander Technique.

Lily's tea room is under new management.  Now called Lite Bite, it is managed by Kevin and Susie who offer you a delicious range of light meals, snacks and cakes.  From a bacon sarnie to a chelsea bun you can be sure of a warm welcome in excellent surroundings in Lite Bites, based on the ground floor of Moulsham Mill.  Be sure to try it soon

East Anglia Centre for Alexander Technique

East Anglia Centre for Alexander Technique is successfully running a three year teacher training course.  This course is a roll on/roll off course, so you can join us at a time to suit you.  The Centre incorporating Chelmsford Alexander Studio, is offering workshops, short courses, individual lessons, master classes in specialist activities and, of course, the three year teacher training course accredited by Alexander Technique Education incorporated (ATE), an international body with schools in Australia,USA and Europe.
